Healthy Families of Marshall County
The Mission
The mission of Healthy Families is to strengthen the bond between parent and newborn through parent education and parent - child activities designed to encourage strong attachment. The program provides information about community resources, health and safety, nutrition, and infant development.
Features
Our program offers home-based services to pregnant women and for moms with children up to three years of age residing in Marshall County. Participation and enrollment are voluntary without charge and while we accept and encourage self-referrals, the majority of participants are referred to our program through the WIC office and area hospitals.
Location
The main office for Healthy Families of Marshall County is located at Kaleidoscope Children's Center in Plymouth.
